Intermittent access to Services fault diagnosed and repaired
Over the bank holiday we received a number of reports that some students were finding it difficult to access the internet, network drives, Blackboard, Findit and printing services.
The problem first occurred on Sunday morning and was traced to an intermittent fault on our network infrastructure. Our network engineer was able to correct the problem and full access to all systems was restored early Sunday afternoon.
LCSS would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this fault caused any users who were unable to access IT systems during this period.
