IT Services Department have been made aware that Users with Office 2013,attempting to download and open ‘.x’ Microsoft Office documents (.docx, .pptx etc) when using Internet Explorer 11, and our current version of Blackboard, are being asked for additional server requests for authentication; see image below:

From Friday 22nd March over the Easter holiday the IT First Response team will be available for Face to Face, email & telephone support in J1(Johnstown building) from 8:30 am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
